House Bill No. 3422

Honorable Legislators, we come before you on behalf of the ALLIANCE FOR THE FAMILY (ALFI) in defense of the FILIPINO FAMILY. We oppose House Bill 3422 and any other Substitute Bill/s because it is redundant, degrades the concepts of family life and responsible parenthood, unconstitutional, and ultimately anti-family.

The Committee on Population and Family Relations held its first public hearing on March 16, 2005 to tackle HB 1808 (“Integrated Population and Development Act of 2004”) and HB 3422 (“Family Life Act of 2004”).
